After 35 years of providing therapy, I have decided to retire! It has been my honor to have accompanied you in your growth journey. I applaud your courage to seek help when you needed it. Remember, it was you who slayed the demons, found beauty in the integration of heartbreak and joy, and learned on the other side of struggle was triumph, even if triumph looked like simple acceptance of the present moment.
